Shipping & Delivery
All orders have a 1-2 business day(s) handling time depending on the item(s) ordered & are shipped with UPS, FEDEX or the US Post Office. We choose which shipping carrier is used. You will be notified with a tracking number, which carrier was used, and the type of shipping service selected. It usually takes about 1-7 business days for delivery of the orders due to your location.

Airsoft N More has no insidious plans to resell or reveal to any third parties or abuse your personal information but we may send out email newsletters to those who signed up about company and product updates.
Returns & Replacements
All online orders at airsoftnmore.com have a 30 day return policy, as long as the product has never been used and you have all of the original packaging and it is in resalable condition. Restocking fees may apply up to 25% and shipping fees are deducted from the total. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. We do provide discounted return labels that you may purchase through us.
If you return a product in a condition other than brand-new, your order is subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% and minus shipping fees. In some cases, we may reject the return altogether.
*** It is extremely important that you do not try and open up the product and repair it yourself! Doing so will result in voiding the manufacturer warranty and any return possibility. You may not attempt to repair the product yourself and request compensation. Your request will be denied ***
If your product arrives DOA (Defective On Arrival), you must contact us immediately with 1-3 business days notifying us of the problem. We will contact you to troubleshoot the issue. If we are unable to, we will provide you with RMA details to return the product for a replacement or warranty repair/exchange from the manufacturer warranty (depending on the brand/manufacturer and their policies).
Any item shipped to us without a RMA # will be rejected & sent back to you. Once you have been given a RMA # you must write it on the outside of the package in bold big letters in order for us to know which order the RMA belongs to. The warranties are limited due to the nature of certain products, such as airsoft guns.
Airsoft guns are mechanical and should function properly out of the box. If there are any mechanical issues they are covered by the manufacturer warranty, but if the item was damaged due to misuse or user negligence or if the item was altered in any way from its original state then the warranty is void.
If there is a mechanical issue our technicians will repair the issues and the item will be returned to you. If we are unable to fix the issues we will send out a brand new replacement unit.
Our tech work is guaranteed for 30 days from the day you receive the item back in your possession. ANM CUSTOMS products have a 90 day limited warranty. All mechanical issues & performance of the airsoft guns are covered.
ANM CUSTOMS airsoft guns have a 90 day limited warranty by Airsoft N More. ANM CUSTOMS is only carried by Airsoft N More and is fully upgraded and customized by ANM so please do not take these airsoft guns to any other repair specialists. We do not offer returns on ANM CUSTOMS product. All sales are final.
