Low end China manufactured (Made in China) products do not have any warranty protection. All sales are final on these items.

Taiwan manufactured products have a limited manufacturer warranty starting at 30 days up to 1 year. The warranty covers any and all mechanical malfunctions, striped gears, loose motors, defective magazines, barrels and selector switches. The manufacturer warranty protection does not cover damages done by misuse or user negligence.

It is very important to always use good quality BBs. Good quality BBs are seamless and are perfectly round. They will shoot straight out of your barrel with great accuracy. If you use low quality BBs they can get stuck in your barrel and rapid firing can result in damaging your barrel and possibly other parts such as your Hop-Up unit. It is the users responsibility to read the instruction manual before operating an airsoft gun. Items from Honk Kong may offer up to 45 day limited manufacturer warranty, but most manufacturers warranties are void if you do not use their recommended brand and weight of BBs.


In-store sales have a 30 day return policy, as long as the product has never been used and you have all of the original packaging and it is in resalable condition.

Restocking fees may apply up to 25% and shipping fees are deducted from the total. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. We do provide discounted return labels that you may purchase through us.

If you return a product in a condition other than brand-new, your order is subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% and minus shipping fees. In some cases, we may reject the return altogether.

If your product arrives DOA (Defective on Arrival), you must contact us immediately within 1-3 business days notifying us of the problem. We will contact you to troubleshoot the issue. If we are unable to, we will provide you with RMA details to return the product for a replacement or warranty repair/exchange from the manufacturer warranty (depending on the brand/manufacturer and their policies).

*** It is extremely important that you do not try and open up the product and repair it yourself! Doing so will result in voiding the manufacturer warranty and any return possibility. You may not attempt to repair the product yourself and request compensation. Your request will be denied ***

ANM CUSTOMS airsoft guns have a 90 day limited warranty by Airsoft N More. ANM CUSTOMS is only carried by Airsoft N More and is fully upgraded and customized by ANM so please do not take these airsoft guns to any other repair specialists. We do not offer returns on ANM CUSTOMS product. All sales are final.
